To The Editor:

 

High quality education is a major cornerstone to the economic vitality of any community.  People choose to live and employers choose to locate in communities where the education of their children is a priority.  The facilities in which we provide that high quality education are a testimony to our commitment and our dedication to the education of our youth.

 

Our current facilities in Easthampton are in need of serious upgrading and replacement.  Our schools were built to support the educational process of the past.  We need modernized facilities that will provide the technological advances necessary to support our educators in the process of preparing our students for the future. 

 

Please join me and my family in supporting the ballot question this year to fund the design phase for a new elementary school and the High School renovation.
