The Committee For Better Schools

The Committee for Better Schools is a local ballot question committee made up of Easthampton residents. We are all volunteers who are committed to educating the community about our need for a new High School. The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) has identified our high school as one of the worst facilities in the State. As a result, the State has agreed to fund the majority of the cost of a new H.S. in Easthampton. This is an exciting opportunity for Easthampton, that may not be available to us again. If we do not vote to fund our share of this project, it is unlikely that we will have any building project opportunities for years to come. We want to encourage everyone to vote “yes” on May 18th. The new Easthampton High School is so important for our children and our community.

It is the right value, at the right time, and the right thing to do!
