As a former member of the school building committee, I know how much thoughtful effort was put into this project. As a retired educator, I understand the importance and value of public education. And as a local business owner, I’m more than ready to pay the additional taxes. I will do what I can to promote a “yes” vote.

My graduating class is celebrating its 25 Reunion tomorrow. We needed a new school back then. We can’t wait any longer. Our students deserve better and our city will be better and more attractive. Spending money will bring money.Vote Yes and if your still not sure how to vote ask a High School athlete how they feel when another school comes to play at Easthampton High. Their proud in Spirit but embarrassed by the STRUCTURE.

It is time for this community to rally together and push for this vote to go thru. Without the new school, not only will the children and teachers lose out, but so will the community. It is vital on so many levels for this project to get passed. Our beautiful “small town USA” will wither away as many families will move on to another town. Vote YES!

The longer I reside in Easthampton (transplanted in 1990), the more I become involved, and as I watch and experience my children growing up here, the more proud and excited I am to be part of such a vibrant community. We’ve seen so many positive changes in the last 10+ years – let’s make this a biggie!!! You wont find many communities with the knowledge, passion and committment our residents so clearly demonstrate – VOTE YES!!!! WOOT!!
